1.) How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hour upon confirmation of order at email@example.com.
2.) When will I get my tracking number?
Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
3.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
4.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.
5.) What's your return/exchange policy?

6.) I ordered multiple products but only received one?
When you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
